Hi Jhodail - I agree that there is often a dissonance between what the corporations say ("go innovate/innovation is in our DNA"...etc) and what they actually nurture (no mistakes, low risk, blame culture, sticking with what has been tried and tested...). I spend a lot of my time helping corps to break their fixedness and unearth solutions that might have been hiding in plain view...
